A shining example of our top-end wines, produced only in great vintages, "ONE" is made from vines originally planted in 1937.
Harvested, fermented, and aged in view of long ageing, this cuvee is also delicious young as an aperitif or with seafood.
Over time, it takes on body and complexity, making it an ideal accompaniment to lobster, fish or any special meal.
"One" is best enjoyed decanted beforehand to take full advantage of its subtle aromas.
